We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease, and you must promptly destroy any copies of the app in your possession.

These Terms of Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lebanon.

14. Disclaimer of Liability
Eduventure is a software application designed to be used on third-party VR devices for educational purposes, particularly for interactive learning experiences. Please note that Eduventure is solely responsible for the software functionality and content, and is not liable for any issues that arise due to the hardware or VR devices themselves.

Common issues such as but not limited to:
-Balance problems
-Headaches
-Nausea
-Dizziness
-Eye strain
-Fatigue
-VR device overheating
-Motion sickness
-Disorientation
-Other discomforts, etc.

are related to the VR device and its use. These are not caused by Eduventure, and as such, we are not liable for these issues. For any concerns regarding these symptoms or device malfunctions, users should refer to the manufacturer's warnings, guidelines, and user manuals of their respective VR devices.

15.Usage Disclaimer
Eduventure is designed to be used in a stationary position, whether sitting or standing. Any accidents or injuries resulting from improper use, such as falling, tripping, or bumping into objects in real life while using the game, are not the responsibility of Eduventure. We emphasize that users must ensure a safe and clear environment and remain stationary during gameplay to avoid such risks.

16.Safety Warnings
We provide a detailed warning page on our website (click here to view) outlining recommendations for safe use of the VR devices and the Eduventure app. These warnings are meant to enhance user safety but are provided voluntarily. While we encourage users to review this information, we are not liable for any incidents that occur as a result of following or disregarding these warnings. The responsibility for safe use of the device remains with the user.

By using Eduventure, you agree to these terms and understand that Eduventure is not liable for hardware-related issues or any physical injuries caused by misuse of the VR device.
